Today, I will be deadheading my flowers. This keeps the blossoms coming and the plants looking full and lovely, and not thin and scraggly.
Later, when I water, I will also feed my poor plants. This year has been so hot, with little natural rain, that they aren't doing as well as they should be. But then, a lot of other people's gardens aren't doing great, either!
These sweet little million bells are in one of my concrete baskets in front of The Cottage.
